Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must show the email or SMS that contains their BIB number. Alternatively, please show the registration information SMS/email while collecting the BIB.
2. Please ensure that you collect your BIBs on the dates mentioned above. BIBs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor distributed on race day.
3. At the time of BIB collection, participants are requested to carry original ID proof (ID proof with photo and date of birth).
4. In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry:
1. A signed copy of the authorization letter.
2. A self-attested photocopy of government ID proof (e.g., Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card, or Aadhar Card).
3. Proof of registration/BIB number.
5. No race category changes will be allowed.
6. No T-shirt exchanges will be allowed.
7. Participants will not be allowed on race day without a BIB.
